Dream Report is delivered to the world through our OEMs, and a select set of direct channel partners. Software Toolbox is just such a partner, and was recently representing Ocean Data Systems at the Inductive Automation – Ignition Community Conference 2014. We are proud to have John Weber and Software Toolbox as a Dream Report channel partner.
Inductive Automation entered into the Dream Report Proven Partner program in January of 2014. Initially, connectivity to Ignition is achieved through both industrial and business standards, namely – OPC DA and ODBC. In the coming months, Ocean Data Systems will be adding purpose built interfaces to Dream Report, making user setup and configuration as easy as possible for automated report generation. While Ignition delivers some report generator capabilities of its own, Dream Report is a valuable and powerful alternative delivering access to more data sources, delivering greater flexibility and scalability to address all applications, from the plant floor to the enterprise.
